Pojezierska 90A, 91341 Łódź, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) kept by the District Court for Łódź Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000323434, Tax ID No: 9471959511, Business ID No (REGON): 100619794, share capital: PLN 500,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as “BSS”), in relation your use of the website located at www.bssce.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), and to explain how these data are used.

We would also like to inform you that the website contains links to external addresses, which are not bound by this Privacy Policy. As a result, by clicking on a link available on our Website, you will be redirected to an external website for which BSS shall bear no responsibility, and in particular shall bear no responsibility for the rules governing the collecting and processing of information about users who use such external websites.

2. Collection and processing of personal data

As is the case for most websites, when visiting our website, we routinely collect the following data: ISP name (IP address, anonymously), name of the website from which our website was accessed, subpages visited, browser type and visit duration. The information collected shall be used for the sole purpose of increasing the attractiveness and functionality of the Website. For this purpose, we have implemented the necessary technical and organisational measures which ensure that we are compliant with data privacy protection provisions.

Furthermore, BSS may collect and process user data in the form of email addresses and, optionally, other data shared voluntarily by users (e.g. name and surname), for the purpose of sending queries or presenting their remarks regarding the Website. In such cases, sharing personal data is voluntary, but it is also necessary for us to respond. 5. Final provisions

This Privacy Policy may be updated in order to reflect changes in all provisions of law, or to improve the processing of data by BSS. The Privacy Policy shall contain the date of its entering into force (including its new versions).
