Joanna Rzeźniczak

President

An experienced manager, expert in outsourcing of advanced financial and accounting services. She has the title of Chartered Accountant and ACCA. She obtained accreditation to audit financial statements prepared in accordance with US GAAP. In the years 1999 – 2011 she gained auditing experience and advised clients in one of the largest consulting companies in the world – Deloitte Audit. Since June 2011, she has been associated with BSS SA, where previously she was the Director of Strategy and Development. In chargé of the Business Development Department, she was responsible – among others – for the preparation of the Company’s development plans, development of the company’s marketing strategy and sales plans, coordination of acquisition projects and due diligence projects. In April 2014, she took up the position of the Vice President of the Management Board of BSS SA responsible for the financial division, and since September 2017 she has been the President of the Management Board.

Marcin Nowicki

Vice President

An expert with 12 years of experience in the area of finance and accounting. He has been associated with BSS SA since 2007, when he began his career as a specialist in the consolidation department, then as Deputy Head of the Consolidation Department and as a Financial Manager. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz, majoring in Finance and Banking. He then completed post-graduate studies in Management Accounting and Controlling, and is in progress of receiving a certificate for the Statutory Auditor. In 2017, he became the Deputy Director of Retail Customers. He was responsible, among others, for the coordination of work carried out by BSS for Retail Customers, as well as for customer support in the areas of finance, accounting, controlling, tax and payroll, and identification of risks and recommendations in the areas covered by cooperation. He has been the Director of the BSS SA Support Division since January 2018.
