Meet our team

I have been in BSS since 2010. I am currently working in the External Clients Department as an accountant, I am handling all payment processes. In addition, for several years I have been supporting training processes in the field of work with the accounting system and I am coordinating and conducting tests during accounting software updates. My every working day is properly planned, but I treat unexpected events as challenges that enrich my experience. In BSS, most of all I appreciate people who create a great, cheerful team full of positive energy. New employees can expect a sense of security, theoretical and practical support, and a pleasant atmosphere.

I started working at BSS as an accountant in 2010, then I was promoted to the position of Independent Accountant and then – Accounting Specialist. The tasks that I am performing as part of my duties are varied.- recording purchases, sales, preparation of financial statements, as well as contact with the client and coordinating works of the accounting team. Each day is associated with other tasks and challenges, because there are diverse situations to be investigated and solved. I believe that it’s people who create a company, which is why I like the pleasant atmosphere of work and people who surround me – everyone is different, and it is interesting.

I have been working at BSS for over 10 years. My duties include preparation of financial statements and supervision of customers accounting records. In everyday work, most of all I appreciate pleasant, friendly atmosphere and nice team and supervisors. People starting work in our company should focus primarily on gaining practical knowledge in the field of accounting and taxes, and on the opportunity to gain experience in a company managed in a modern way.

I have been working in BSS since its establishment. Currently, I am coordinating and supporting team of 9 people in implementation of personnel and payroll services for BSS clients. What I like the most in my job is friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to participate in various type of projects, trainings (both as trainee and as trainer). Tasks and emerging situations which I am facing make every day a bit different from the previous one and the work is not monotonous and boring. For people who will start working in BSS, I advise to approach tasks with calm and not to be afraid to ask for help – more experienced celleagues will not refuse to support you.
